- In line with business plan to focus on domestic market, i.e. mutual funds, private funds, broker dealer transactions, exchange clearing participant.
- To maintain and increase the market share, especially in domestic market.
- Product launching and implementation.
- Have particular emphasis on Indonesia market, especially Mutual Fund Industry.
- Develop new product solutions across the Custody business locally.
- Capitalize on product differentiation by developing a position where DBSI Custody is seen as unique.
- To acquire new clients in line with DBSI’s sales target.
- Develop new fund products together with Investment Managers & Selling Agents.
- Monitor deal/structure review and negotiate with clients.
- To work in conjunction with other BU, Product Development & Sales, Securities Services, Singapore and Custody Operation.
- To conduct the implementation of new products.
- To prepare pre-NPSP process and its circulation, communicate the business model and requirement with the related parties before NPSP circulation.
- Has minimum 3 - 5 years of experiences in Marketing / Sales / Product experience in banking or service industries
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
- Familiar with regulation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with capability to teach
- Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude
