- Track, follow up, and collect billback invoices to ensure timely payment.
- Proactively communicate with suppliers to resolve any outstanding billback invoices.
- Assist customers by addressing inquiries and guiding them in using the client's tools effectively.
- Maintain accurate and organized records for all transactions.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure top-notch service quality.
- Identify and report any challenges or system limitations to your supervisor for quick resolution.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability to navigate complex tasks with ease.
- At least 2+ years in customer service.
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus.
- Comfortable working in shifts, including public holidays.
- Willingness to work in Central Jakarta (Harmoni, Batu Tulis, Gambir) or BSD.
