You’ll be hands-on, working with our cloud infrastructure and collaborating directly with development teams to build and maintain robust, scalable systems. This role is perfect for someone with solid experience who is ready to take on more complex challenges and contribute to our platform's long-term health.What You'll Do:Platform Operations: Manage, maintain, and monitor our core infrastructure on both AWS and GCP. You will be a point of contact for operational issues and will be expected to resolve them efficiently.Automation: Develop and implement automation for deployment, scaling, and operational tasks to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Independently manage and provision infrastructure using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.System Improvements: Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and address bottlenecks, performance issues, and reliability concerns within our services.Incident Response: Actively participate in the on-call rotation. You will be responsible for triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving production incidents, and then conducting thorough post-mortems to prevent recurrence.RequirementsWhat We're Looking For:Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Site Reliability, DevOps, or System Engineering role.Cloud Expertise: Proven experience with AWS and/or GCP. You should be comfortable with services like compute (EC2/GCE), storage (S3/Cloud Storage), networking (VPC), and identity (IAM).Linux/Unix: Strong proficiency in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.Scripting & Automation: Expertise in scripting with languages like Python, Bash, or Go.IaC: Hands-on experience with Terraform or a similar IaC tool.Problem-Solving: A demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, distributed systems.Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a track record of successfully working with cross-functional teams.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
