- This position exists to manage and improve business process for corporate clients, and any other activities that might impact on customer experience and satisfaction, in accordance to fulfil business goals.
- To develop and launch initiatives products to meet business goals and strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing customer complaints/negative voice regarding Bank's services/products and improving current customer journey.
- Improving dynamic working relationships between employees.
- Design and build appropriate processes, to ensure that all business activities are well documented with necessary improvements in order to support business growth.
- Minimum bachelor degree with major in business, management, accounting, or banking and finance
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in financial industry – e.g. accountant, analyst, corporate finance and relationship manager (in bank or non-bank financial institution)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude.
