- Maintain HubSpot CRM data accuracy and integrity across Sales, CS, and Finance
- Build dashboards and reports to track funnel performance, conversion rates, and ARR
- Monitor GTM funnel health, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements
- Design and implement scalable GTM processes (lead routing, pipeline hygiene, rep enablement)
- Recommend and implement tools, automations, and AI-driven efficiencies
- Partner with leadership on forecasting, planning, and incentive structures
- Support smooth handoffs between teams and accurate revenue recognition across billing systems
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy building structure in ambiguity.
- You are process-driven and can translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- You bring 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Operations, ideally within SaaS or Fintech.
- You have strong expertise in HubSpot CRM, including dashboards, reports, workflows, and process improvements.
- You are proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, and familiarity with billing or finance tools such as Xero or Chargebee is a plus.
- You have an analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for efficiency and scalability.
- You can collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
