- Graduated from Bachelor's degree majoring in Economics with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 from reputable university
- Previous internship or work experience as a junior economist, research assistant, public policy specialist, or in related fields is a plus.
- Interest in conducting economic assessment for infrastructure investment (e.g., cost-benefit analysis, economic impact assessment, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough research and analysis.
- Strong report writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate findings and analysis both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex economic concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams and disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools is a must.
- Familiarity with economic modelling and statistical analysis software (e.g., STATA, R, Python, etc.) is a plus.
