You will strategize, execute, optimize and monitor paid campaigns on diverse channels
You will optimize ongoing digital marketing campaigns to deliver the best result
You will leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous improvements to drive ROI/ROAS
You will identify new trends in Digital Marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure our brand and also clients are at the forefront of industry developments
You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (BI, Ops, Creative) to ensure a successful performance marketing result

Is this you?

In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels such as Google Search/Display/TikTok/Facebook/Instagram ads
Excel in Excel : have excellent Ms Excel/Google Sheet skills
Data driven with strong analytical capabilities: Able to conduct A/B testings, analyze campaign performance and drive conclusions to improve the campaign performance
Growth mindset: Have the hunger to always improving to overcome challenges and have strong sense of ownership and operational rigor
Excellent time-management skills: Able to work on multiple projects at the same time, each with a different deadline
You have a university degree from a top Indonesian or foreign university
You have 5 years of experience in hands-on performance marketing roles
You have strong analytical skills, with an ability to draw insights and analyze large data sets
You command the English language, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
You get excited with big targets and find ways to achieve it!
