- To check Delivery Note (DN) in ERP system everyday minimum 3 times a day.
- To make picking list in ERP system based on DN minimum for 2 days ahead preparation.
- If there is nonconformity between DN with actual, inform to CS to ensure the intended request.
- To make handling unit in ERP system (DN) according with the actual that already packed.
- To make shipping instruction (Forwarding Order) in ERP system especially for local customer.
- For local and export customer, DN GI posting must be posted 1 must be posted on the same with delivery date.
- To make trucking order for local customer according to the delivery destination with transportation provider party that appointed by Purchasing.
- To print identification label and attach in the pallet according with the quantity, no article, no batch, customer name (especially for export FG) including printed CoA that already made by QC Lab to attach.
- If on the same day there are delivery for local and export customer then the priority of the transport is for local customer first then export.
- To ensure truck or container condition that will bring FG to customer in good condition (clean, no leakage, etc).
- For export transportation need to makesure that intended truck or container already suitable with Shipping Instruction (SI) that made by Export to intended transport party including customer destination information and intended DN.
- To print DN that already completed with information of number truck or container including driver name as delivery evidence for customer both local and export signed by outbond and transport party.
- To receive and process in SAP system to returning the tubing ticket from production the latest 1 day since returning ticket has received.
- To makesure every requirement in WO (work order) already GI (goods issue) posting in ERP system.
- To makesure all activity receiving, internal movement, spareparts and outbound without problem/issue
- To create purchase request for material or service in SAP system based on warehouse needs.
- To sending regular report to Warehouse Supervisor or Supply Chain Manager if needed.
- Participate in regular audit that conduct by Finance.
- Follow up and do improvement from audit finding (GMP, EHS, 5S, etc.)
- To assist in preparing the material based on request for production and receive FG from production.
- To assist unloading process for receiving from supplier.
- To being deputy of Warehouse Supervisor if Warehouse Supervisor absent.
- To posted GI based on DN including create delivery orders, proceed tubing returned from production in SAP, create purchase request for material or service in SAP system.
- Special/Expert in warehouse logistics, additional apprenticeship business adminitrator warehousing and logistics
- 3-4 years in a leading position with logistics, warehousing, stock management, inventory
- Entrepreneurship and service oriented mindset, effective leadership skills, English, SAP WM/MM, MS Office, Excel
- Having knowledge and understand related to inbound, storage, and outbond process in the warehouse.
- Having knowledge and understand documentation process to inbound, storage, and outbond in warehouse.
