Job Description:Responsible to map, recruit, and maintain existing partners (productivity) and grow existing partners' potential through new initiatives. For new recruited partners, responsible to implement and execute partnership model and ensure productivity. Also responsible to work with Partnership Business Development in new partners business proposition to ensure feasibility and execution.Job Requirement:

Bachelor degree in relevant major
Have working experience handling general insurance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Able to work in team and dealing with the deadlines
Possess any related AI-skills will be an advantage
