- Design, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and sales.
- Manage content across the company’s social media channels.
- Analyze and report the performance of digital campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create content that aligns with the target audience.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and suggest relevant implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS, or software development industries
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and campaign reporting
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities for tech-related content
- Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator)
- Knowledge of B2B lead generation and conversion optimization strategies
