- Plan, create, and execute digital advertising campaigns on platforms.
- Develop ad creatives, including text, images, and videos, that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Monitor and adjust campaigns to ensure they meet performance goals and budget constraints.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Use analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets across various platforms to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify target demographics and optimize ad targeting.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform future campaign strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Expert in managing Meta Ads (including CPAS)
- Preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns, preferably 1-2 years in a marketing agency.
- Strong ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to develop compelling ad creatives, including text, images, and videos that resonate with target audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
