- Accountable for departmental OHS outcomes.
- Identify and manage safety and environmental risks.
- Report accidents/incidents promptly and accurately.
- Promote workplace safety and set a strong example.
- Engage regularly with the OHS team on safety matters.
- Complete a minimum of 4 safety observations monthly.
- Accuracy of supply and production plans vs actual results ≥ 80%.
- Zero stockouts of bar materials for all production in plants 6 and 7 (excluding uncontrollable events).
- Zero stockouts of ball materials for sales activities (excluding uncontrollable events).
- At least 70% of planned scenario analyses are executed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, production planning, or related areas
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field. (attitude, skill, and knowledge
- Hands-on experience in S&OP processes and cross-functional planning coordination. (must)
- Strong skills in Excel (must), Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and data analysis tools (would be the advantage)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
