- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain an organized and upto-date database for the Collection Department.
- Manage and maintain documents related to collections, ensuring proper filing and organization for easy retrieval and reference.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Collection Department, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to streamline administrative processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the monitoring of collection performance, preparation of daily and weekly reports, and presentation of insights to the VP of Collection.
- Hold a minimum of a diploma or high school degree.
- Knowledge of the Collection and Recovery in the financial company area to effectively carry out responsibilities.
- At least 1 year of experience in a related area to handle assigned tasks competently.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity while dealing with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
- Employ good negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with customers, clients, and colleagues.
- Understand the collection and recovery process and have a good network in the area to facilitate successful operations.
- Attention to detail and ensure accuracy in data entry to maintain precise and up-todate records.
