Because it’s with Hilton where we never forget the reason we're here: to delight our guests, Team Members, and owners alike.As Assistant Sales Manager Weddings, create awareness of Wedding & Events in Conrad Bali, increase revenue and sale of Wedding & Events through Food & Beverage (Banquet) and Accommodation, establish wedding contacts (i.e. Wedding Organizer, Event Organizer, Exclusive Bridal Houses, Wedding & Social Community)What will I be doing?Establish wedding packages together with DOSM and Sales Manager – Wedding & EventsLiaise with PR/MarCom Department in Advertising research and suggestionsImplement action plan related to wedding areas as outlined in the marketing planRespond to, and search for where appropriate, business leads from agents, wholesalers / wedding organizer / bridal houses / wedding communitySearch and compile data for relevant wedding suppliersHandle site inspection of visiting wedding organizer, existing account and potential accountsRespond to inquiries with comprehensive offers promptly within 24 hoursEnsure wedding leads are materialized * Prepare wedding agreement for wedding clientsFollow through with rooming list, deposit payment and room reduction policy once contract is signed. Monitors group block and rooming list done by Sales Coordinator – Wedding & EventsMaximize revenue in all aspect of hotel products including room, wedding venues / packages and F&B revenueFollow up all wedding leads and keep Sales Proactive updated on the leads progressEnsure additional arrangements i.e. wedding liturgy, decoration, bouquet & boutonniere, etc are meets with guest’s expectationMeet and greet organizer or wedding couple on arrival and departureTake necessary immediate action to correct any clients’ dissatisfaction and reflect any problems or clients’ feedback with the appropriate sales person and/or catering person responsible for the eventLiaise with Credit/Accounting in preparing final invoiceConduct final invoice review meeting with clientAttend travel show and promotional events and as may be requested by DOSMKeep updated competitors set information for wedding businessWhat are we looking for?A Assistant Sales Manager Weddings, serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
