Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust software solutions that drive our success.Job Description:We are seeking a talented Lead Mobile Developer proficient in Flutter to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of mobile applications using Flutter framework. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality mobile applications that meet our business requirements and exceed user expectations.Responsibilities:

Architect efficient and reusable mobile components and libraries for future use.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers in the team.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development and Flutter framework.
Work closely with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with server-side systems.
Optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified during testing phases.
Continuously improve development processes and tools to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Lead the development and implementation of mobile applications using Flutter framework.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in mobile application development with a strong focus on Flutter framework.
Proficiency in Dart programming language.
Extensive experience in building, testing, and deploying mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs integration.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead a team of developers.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of native mobile development (e.g., Swift, Kotlin).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
