Area Collection & Recovery Supervisor (Parepare)

• Lead and control the implementation of strategy and collection activities across branches.
• Monitor branch collection performance and cost efficiencies.
• Responsible for achieving collection targets across branches.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
• Having a minimum of 2 years experience as a collection and recovery supervisor role in financial institutions.
• Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, strong math skills, and good training skills.
• Good management skills with the ability to make decisions in tough circumstances.
• Demonstrate a high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Have a network of Agency Collectors.
