- Work with Business Partner, Internal team & External Partner to execute client's task requests.
- Set up Promo Price on schedule, check, double check, and make sure it aligned with all terms and conditions.
- Daily price checking & monitoring, make sure all price is correct.
- Set up Campaign Banner SIS on schedule, check, double check, and take down banner when the campaign is ended.
- Upload new product on schedule, check, double check, and monitoring after product live on Marketplace.
- Daily content monitoring, make sure all contents (banner, product info, etc) are correct.
- Daily exposure monitoring & report, capture all proof of exposure such as home banner, cat banner, etc, and compile report such as clicks, ctr, conversion, etc.
- Work together with team to give suggestion related to Keyword Optimization.
- Capture & make report for competitor activity (Competitor's campaign, SIS, keywords, product trend, exposure, etc)
- Assist Brand Manager to compile data analysis.
- Compile data store traffic (post feed, livestream, post video)
- Update content product, check, double check and monitoring after product updated on Marketplace.
- 1- 3 years working experience in channel management, preferably in FMCG category (fresh graduate welcome to apply)
- Great communication skills - internal / external clients
- Familiar with Ms. Excel
- Great analysis skill
- Familiar with ecommerce Platforms
