- Coordinate and conduct engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, to end users, internal staff, distribution partners and external service providers in country
- Train & educate the range of power tools and accessories in terms of performance advantage, application, safe use, emphasizing safety protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge-/skills-training needs, develop customized programs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop learning plans and calendar according to needs analysis
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials and modules covering various power tools, measuring tools and accessories
- Responsible for managing of area learning schedule and logistics arrangement.
- Maintain and actively promote learning platforms and encourage self-managed learning and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs and suggest improvements
- Stay abreast of industry trends, application knowledge, innovations, and safety standards to continually enhance training content and delivery methods.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions and corporate events (regular travel needed)
- Customer support and/or marketing and sales experience with customer interaction regarding products, parts, technology and/or service
- Experience with regular customer contact, knowledge of dealer/distribution network processes, and broad product knowledge, ideally in construction industry, preferably with tools and services, heavy equipment hydraulic/electrical/power train systems
- Ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship building skills both internally and externally
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to assess training needs
- Proven track record of delivering effective training sessions to diverse audiences, adapting content and delivery methods as needed to maximize engagement and comprehension.
- Practically minded with a technical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge
- Strong passion for training, growth mindset and people development
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
- Independent working ability, attentive to details,
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency with relevant software applications and multimedia tools for developing and delivering training materials, as well as the ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Satisfaction level of training participants
- Training related KPIs of REACT Dashboard (no. of successful training delivered)
