Technical Project Manager

• Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans to track progress and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure smooth execution.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
• Proactively manage changes in scope, schedule, and resources.
• Provide clear and timely reporting, escalating risks or issues when necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized project documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead and deliver projects successfully and independently
• Possess strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English, along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practices
• Fluency in Mandarin / Chinese Language (both written and spoken) is highly preferable
