Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading and well-established property development company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Manager to join their growing team in Jakarta. With over 15 years of experience in MEP coordination, the ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the work between contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure the successful implementation of MEP systems across major development projects-particularly high-rise buildings.Key Responsibilities:

Report directly to the MEP Director
Review and provide technical input on design drawings prepared by MEP consultants
Assist in the final review and approval of shop drawings and materials
Identify variations and evaluate cost implications
Act as the main liaison between contractors and consultants for on-site MEP installations
Manage the scheduling, supervision, and quality control of MEP contractors and subcontractors
Oversee testing and commissioning processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum of 15 years' experience in MEP coordination within property or construction sectors
Must have experience in high rise building projects and relevant projects
In-depth understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems
Solid knowledge of applicable building and engineering codes
Proven experience managing MEP subcontracts and subcontractors
Prior involvement in high-rise building projects is essential
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Track record of project management success, particularly in healthcare or large-scale MEP projects
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
