This role combines strategic marketing initiatives with commercial sales efforts to unlock hidden opportunities and drive merchant success.

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-potential merchants.
Conduct regular visits and interactions to understand merchant needs and challenges
Provide tailored recommendations and strategies to enhance merchant performance.
Collaborate with merchants to design and execute marketing campaigns.
Organize events, product launches, and branding activities to increase merchant visibility.
Develop strategies to position merchants as key players in their local markets.
Drive adoption of Grab's products and services among merchants.
Support merchants in transitioning from incubation to growth phases
Provide ongoing consultation and operational insights to ensure merchant success.
Work closely with regional and central marketing teams to allocate budgets and resources
Collaborate with the Commercial Head and other stakeholders to align strategies.

Qualifications

3 or more years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or operations.
Proven ability to establish communication and engagement with merchants and prospects through account management.
Experience in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.
Ability to balance multiple merchant relationships and excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong communication skills.
Enthusiastic about the on-demand delivery industry, particularly food delivery.
