Mentor, collaborate, and drive success alongside your team. If you have a proven track record in R & D, an instinct for innovation, and a desire to lead from the front, we're looking for you.Your responsibilities- Spearhead R & D projects with scientific precision, ensuring compliance and swift progress within interdisciplinary teams.
- Develop success criteria, manage time plans, and oversee rigorous testing, trials, and qualifications.
- Nurture less experienced colleagues, instilling in them the technical skills and knowledge needed for achievement.
- Foster solid internal networks, paving the way for smooth and effective project collaboration.
- Lead your team with keen insight into our operational model, adeptly navigating priorities and resources.The experience we're looking for- Demonstrable success in R & D or related areas such as Regulatory, Safety, Quality, or Supply.
- Strong track record of delivering on collaborative projects with meaningful impact.
