- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience 2 years in Mass Recruitment in F&B Business.
- Strong understanding of large-scale data
- Willingness to travel beyond the greater Jakarta area, including trips to various locations domestically, as required by the job responsibilities.
- Proficiency in effective communication, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language suitable for engaging in conversations across various contexts and with diverse individuals
- Ensuring the maintenance of a seamless Onboarding Process.
- Strategically mapping workers prior to scheduling outbound calls.
- Conducting screening and qualification interviews via calls to ensure Worker Quality and endorsing them for specific roles.
- Furnishing comprehensive information to equip workers with a thorough understanding of the Workmate process and the benefits we offer.
- Providing clear explanations and educational materials covering the entire Workmate process, from job search to payment receipt.
- Taking responsibility for executing the Workmate Onboarding Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of the onboarding process.
- Collaborating closely with the Managed Service & Marketing Team to optimize outcomes and ensure alignment.

- You will be based in our GoWork office in Plaza Indonesia with Hybrid Working Mode, every two days a week we work together at the office.

- We have regular sync-ups with the management team during our 1 on 1 sessions, which end up being about a LOT more than work!
