Experience: 6 to 8+ yearsKey Responsibilities:Machine Learning Model Design and Development:
- Innovatively design and develop ML models, fostering out-of-the-box solutions.
- Leverage 6 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in ML model design and development.
- Proficiently deploy ML/AI models across diverse environments.
- Familiarity with LLM Models, GPT, Prompt Engineering, Chatbots, Vector DBs, and LangChain.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python scripting, with practical knowledge of Jupyter Notebooks.
- Fluent in Python frameworks including NumPy, pandas, pyspark, TensorFlow, OpenCV, Yolo, and other deep learning frameworks.
- Utilize AWS ML Services such as SageMaker, Ground Truth, ECS, Cognito, Cloud Watch, RDS: Postgres, API Gateway, and Lambda.
- Exhibit expertise in managing and integrating with core AWS Services.
- Possess expert knowledge in NLP, text classification, and/or computer vision using machine learning.
- Hands-on experience in object and event identification, processing inference, and leveraging results for dashboards.
- Accumulate 3 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of successfully delivering 2 to 3 or more projects.
- Proficient in areas such as Model Fine-Tuning, Training Foundational Models, Vector Embedding, Management of integrating with products, Human in loop feedback, and Foundation model and Multi-modality.
- AWS certification is advantageous.
- Demonstrate robust communication skills in Bahasa and English to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including customers.
- Exhibit the ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers.
