Job Description :
  • Welcoming visitors in a warm and friendly manner and managing Visitor's data
  • Maintaining reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • Receiving, sorting, informing employee on the incoming mail/package
  • Update calendars and regular check on meeting room function
  • Ad-hoc support to Office Management Team
Requirements :
  • Minimum D3
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in an office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
