Job Description - Assist the new sales and marketing team in planning the business strategy and preparing commercial documents such as letters, quotes, proposals, non-disclosure agreement, memorandum of understanding and contracts. - Maintain and update customer and sales databases, and documentation. - Coordinate scheduling and follow-up on client meetings, site visits, and presentations. - Assist the new sales and marketing team in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis documents. - Assist the new sales and marketing team in handling incoming inquiries from clients and ensure prompt, professional responses. - Coordinate logistics and administrative activities related to sales projects and marketing activities such as event, trade show, etc. - Support the processing of technical documentation and compliance paperwork. - Liaise with engineering, logistics, and finance departments to facilitate smooth operations. - Accompany customer on business trips and events both domestically and internationally. - Other related tasks as assignedJob Requirement - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. - Business level English (Japanese skills will be a plus) - Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting sales operations in energy, industrial equipment, power generation industry - Strong familiarity with sales administration and MS Office tools - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments, across countries and with clients.
