
Associate Account Payable Manager

2. Charge expenses to GL accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense claims (Non-PO & Employee Expenses)
3. Facilitate timely payment to vendors for invoices and bills which are falling due. Monitor all payments made and maintain proper records for future referencing in case of disputes and audit
4. Interface with users/payment requestors, respond to payment queries and resolve payment discrepancies with vendors
5. Communication & coordination to internal parties in regards of invoice processing
6. Monitor and follow up recurring expenses and other ad hoc expenses to be used for accrual during month-end closing
7. Preparation of reconciliation for employee advances and settlements. Follow up on any unliquidated employee cash advances
8. Perform AP month-end closing tasks
9. Perform other duties as may be requested from time to time
10. Assisting on audit sample and audit queriesRequirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 4 year work experience Finance or Accounting preferably in Accounts Payable or Audit
- Should possess strong skills in Excel Applications and knowledge of ERP accounting software such Oracle is preferred
- Must have strong work ethics, organized and detail -oriented
- Flexible with capability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines to facilitate well in fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization
- Strong ability to solve real-time, abrupt problems by liaising with and/or escalating to multiple parties internally and externally
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently as well as a team member in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Must be proficient in English language, both written and oral
