- Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
- Skills: Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire teams, ensuring collaboration and high performance.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Organization & Planning: Skilled in managing schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities backed by data-driven insights.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining each stage, deliverables, and milestones for clear execution.
- Define and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve optimal efficiency.
- Lead and guide project teams - including consultants, contractors, and suppliers - to drive successful outcomes.
- Negotiate effectively with contractors and suppliers to secure quality materials and services within budget.
- Develop and review Terms of Reference (TOR) for Cikal Building & Facilities projects to maintain clarity and compliance.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring all activities are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or delays promptly to minimize risks and maintain momentum.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders for transparency and informed decision-making.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of construction processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Adapt to varied work environments, whether in-office or on construction sites, as required by project demands.
- Support Sekolah Cikal events and initiatives, contributing expertise to organizational needs beyond core responsibilities.
- Planning & Budgeting: Develop comprehensive project plans, prepare and manage budgets, and establish clear project timelines to ensure efficient execution.
- Coordination: Collaborate with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Resource Management: Oversee the procurement of materials, manage workforce allocation, and ensure resources are utilized effectively to meet project goals.
- Quality Control & Safety: Ensure all work adheres to quality standards and complies with safety regulations to maintain a secure and high-standard work environment.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular progress updates and reports.
- Problem Solving: Identify, address, and resolve challenges or issues that arise during the project lifecycle to keep deliverables on track.
