The Assistant Manager, A&R should be a critical thinker, multitasker, and networker who can oversee artists and employees alike while confidently advancing a much broader plan, often influenced by a nuanced and current sense of musical tastes and trends.Supervise in audio production such as recording, mixing and mastering, working with composer/arranger, engineer, music director, vocal directorSupervise visual production such as music video and photo shoot, editing, working with video-photographer, editor, stylistImplement administration system in legal (agreement), finance (purchase order, invoice and payment process - deadline), and Asset management for master: recording(audio), music video, karaoke video, artwork and artist publicity photo databaseMet the quantity production and required deadline for all audio master of all our domestic artist releases, and deadline for all visual contents (Music Videos, Video Karaoke, Covers, Publicity Photos) of all our domestic artist releases.Research & Development in finding potential artist and artist developmentDesirable Traits:Computer skills and window office is a must (Excel, Words, Outlook)Background and knowledge in music production and video production (editing, mixing, mastering, studio engineer, music instrument) will be considered as an advantageKnowledge of DAW publishing, genres and style are plusAbility to observe, forecast, and create trends are plusStrong communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide variety of people are also important for job successBusiness & Project management including scheduling, time management and budgetingAttention to detailsAble to multitaskOrganization, adaptability and flexibilityAnalysis and critical thinkingInitiative and proactivityNetworking, interpersonal skills, and relationship buildingKeen ear for musicInterested?
