Pendidikan minimum D3/S1, diutamakan dari jurusan Manajemen, Asuransi, Administrasi Bisnis, atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang asuransi, layanan pelanggan, atau administrasi bisnis.
Pemahaman dasar tentang proses dan produk asuransi, termasuk klaim, quotation, dan pemeliharaan polis.
Mampu mengelola dokumen administratif seperti quotation, requisition form, dan laporan aktivitas secara rapi dan tepat waktu.
Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, baik secara lisan maupun tertulis, untuk menjalin koordinasi dengan tim internal dan pemegang polis.
Berorientasi pada pelanggan, mampu menangani keluhan dan membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan pemegang polis.
Kemampuan prospek dan pendekatan pasar, terutama dalam mengenali kebutuhan calon klien dan menyampaikan nilai produk dengan jelas.
Detail-oriented, teliti dalam proses pengajuan dan dokumentasi.
Berintegritas tinggi dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan informasi nasabah.
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim, serta memiliki inisiatif untuk mendukung kelancaran operasional.
