- High school diploma or equivalent; security training certification preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in security or a related field.
- Certification in security (such as Basic Guard Training).
- Good communication skills, discipline, and a high level of integrity.
- Willing to be assigned in Babat Toman, Musi Banyuasin.
- Monitor company premises to ensure safety and order within the work environment.
- Perform regular patrols across designated areas according to procedures to prevent security breaches.
- Manage and document entry and exit of personnel and vehicles, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, prepare reports, and communicate with management as needed.
- Act as a first responder during emergencies, assisting with evacuations or other necessary actions.
