  • Drive the growth of our Pharma grade, with a strong focus on excipients, across assigned territories.
  • Identify and acquire new customers and projects by understanding market needs and translating them into opportunities for new product development.
  • Introduce our new excipient range into the different markets and build up a growing opportunity pipeline.
  • Manage and expand relationships with both existing and prospective customers, particularly in SEA ID, PH, MY, SG, AU, NZ, TH, VN
  • Held internal and external presentations, representing the Company at trade associations and congresses.
  • Prepare technical and commercial quotes and proposals
  • Lead customer projects from initiation to execution in close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Technical, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs.
Requirements
  • BA / MA Pharmacy, Chemistry, Natural Science.
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry within a technical and/or commercial role - preferably in business development and corresponding activities (e.g. development of value propositions, value-based selling and pricing, preparation of technical and commercial proposals, sales deal negotiation related to new products/offerings and new applications).
  • Excellent communication skills with an existing network to potential customers and external partners.
  • Self-driven, structured, self reflective, target oriented and teamplayer.
  • Fluent in English
