  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or a Professional Accountancy Qualification (eg, ACCA/CPA Australia/MICPA)
  • Hands-on leader with experience in managing, leading, and nurturing Finance staff
  • A self-motivated and analytical mindset with stakeholder management skills will be preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure & work in a tight timeline given
  • Ability to work as a team with a collaborative management style.
  • An organized and meticulous person with a good eye for detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Oracle
Responsibilities:Responsible for the full spectrum of financial operations, including but not limited to:
  • Monthly closing, preparation of management and financial reports for the entity
  • Manage and coach subordinate(s) to handle all financial matters and maintain proper records
  • Develop Finance into a proactive function through training and mentoring
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant laws and regulations, liaise with auditors and tax agents on statutory audit and annual tax returns
  • Perform periodic review of key business processes to ensure proper controls and procedures are in place, and to seek opportunities for continuous improvements of the country's finance
  • Work with stakeholders to provide monthly analysis on results vs Forecast vs Budget
  • All other ad hoc work is assigned as required from time to time
