The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing consulting services, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and offering solutions tailored to their needs.Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist walk-in customers and online inquiries from the website
  • Introduce and facilitate test drive processes for customers.
  • Make phone calls to prospective customers.
  • Assist customers throughout the purchase & leasing application process.
  • Follow up with customers after their purchase.
  • Achieve sales targets as determined by the company.
  • Conduct digital marketing on various available digital platforms.
You Know-How
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Sales/Sales Counter, or 3 years of experience in the insurance, hospitality, banking, or transportation industry (e.g., former flight attendants).
  • Willing to work 6 days a week with 1 day off.
  • Able to join immediately.
  • Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
