- Overseeing day to day Housekeeping and Laundry operation with high standard of cleanliness and meet the guests expectation.
- Developing and managing the Housekeeping & Laundry budget, controlling expenses and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Staff management including recruiting, training, supervising, evaluating and developing Housekeeping and Laundry talents.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
- Extensive experience in Housekeeping and Laundry operations
- Minimum 3-5 years as Executive Housekeeper in a five-star hotel (300+ rooms)
- Accor hotels background will be an advantage.
- Familiar to brand standard and HACCP audits.
