- Ensure office facilities and supporting equipment are available, well-maintained, and functional nationwide.
- Ensure the availability of competent, healthy, and work-ready personnel to support efficiency and smooth operations in Facility Care.
- Maintain good relationships with external parties to facilitate company operations.
- Oversee workplace safety and health (K3) compliance to ensure a safe and secure office environment.
- Ensure planned building maintenance is executed properly and support related activities from start to finish.
- Prepare evaluation reports on responsibilities, including operational costs, attendance, and other relevant matters.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in facility management, general affairs, or a related field.
- Knowledge of office facility management and maintenance.
- Ensure planned building maintenance is executed properly and support related activities from start to finish.
- Understanding of workplace safety (K3) regulations and implementation.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
