Import Staff (Japanese Speaker)

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Experience in import-related roles, preferably in the furniture industry.
• Familiarity with import processes, documentation, and customs regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Coordinate import activities for furniture products, including communication with suppliers and logistics providers.
• Handle import documentation, customs clearance, and compliance procedures.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Manage import-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth import operations.
• Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records and update import databases.
• Stay updated on import regulations and industry trends in Indonesia.
