Job Description Summary:Ensure smooth availability of Power, Steam, Water and smoothness of all machines, panels and instruments used in the production process.Job Description:Coordinate and monitor the implementation of maintenance to be completed in accordance with the target time and results set.Monitor and ensure the running of preventive maintenance and maintenance of existing instruments and electrical equipment.Ensure calibration runs according to predefined schedule.Make improvements by modifying equipment / machines.Coordinate the implementation of projects related to the scope of its work field to fit the targets set.Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP administration.Coordinate the Powerplant team to achieve each KPI.Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness at work sites.Controlling and responsible for optimizing performance of Power Plant and Utility work process in all production areas by considering the target / production standard aspect, cost and consistency of product quality which have been determined together (benchmark / KPI).Responsible for the analysis of job performance reports generated by the SAP system as a basis for management decision making.Create and be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of annual budgets.Responsible for planning and implementation of continuous improvement, cost reduction through throughput enhancement and material usage in all production areas.Ensure the implementation of Safety Regulation (SMK3) in accordance with the prevailing policies.Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline.Maintain confidentiality of all operating conditions and formulas throughout the work process of Power Plant & Utility.Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment (equipment) and cleanliness in the area of work responsibility.Ensure smooth operation of Power Plant and Utility runs well.Ensure the work process can be traced to GHG Emission, Total Certified Product and Expenditures (No.Reg ISCC, GHG Emission, Total Certified Product) as a whole.Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of the work site and the surrounding environment (including early management of process waste).Report the problem, related to Food / Feed Safety Management System (if any) to Food / Feed Safety Coordinator.Conduct a risk evaluation of the production process along with the General Manager & Deputy General Manager.Coordinate with the supply chain in terms of delivery needs in Power Plant & Utility.Responsible for employee development at Dept Power Plant & Utility.Doing work by applying company values (Integrity, positive behavior, commitment, continuous improvement, innovation and loyal).Job Requirement:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred, but will consider equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.Have 12-15 years experience, with 5+ years managerial experience with progressive responsibility in power generation, coal steam power plant preferred.Have experience in coal steam power plant with Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion (CFBC) boiler is a must .General knowledge of plant controls, tools, equipment, and proper procedures to maintain the plant and the ability to analyze plant operations.Ability to work independently and highly motivated with a proven record of outstanding performance and integrity.Willing to work in Tarjun, Kalimantan Selatan."Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
