Job Description Summary :Ensure the smooth operation of the Ester PlantJob Description :Supervise the performance of DCS Operators and Field Operators on dutyIdentify possible problems throughout the production process based on analysis of operational conditions and equipment conditions in the fieldMonitor the movement of raw material, product and by-product tank levels to see whether they are as desiredCheck the condition of the ester plant and all equipment used including related utilitiesImplement all SOPs and instructions related to operations at the ester plantReport all operational conditions via forms and other available mediaJob Requirement :Minimum Bachelor Degree in EngineeringHaving at least 3 years of working experience as Operator in handling Fatty Ester and/or has experience as shift leader in Fatty AcidExperience in Oleochemical area will be an advantageWilling to be located in Medan"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
