- Onboard & Guide: Support clients from onboarding through the full lifecycle, ensuring they gain maximum value from Flywire’s solutions.
- Build Relationships: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with key travel accounts, becoming their trusted partner.
- Drive Growth: Create tailored strategies to maximize transactions, increase revenue, and identify up-selling opportunities.
- Deliver Insights: Provide clients with analytics, reporting, and actionable recommendations.
- Act as Trusted Advisor: Gather feedback, assess evolving needs, and collaborate with product and management teams to ensure alignment.
- Know the Product: Stay up-to-date with all Flywire services, representing the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Execute Strategically: Lead time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on project management.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian (written & spoken).
- 2–3 years’ experience in relationship management, account management, or a similar role.
- Experience in inside sales, handling customer objections, and leading customer relationships.
- Knowledge of the Indonesian payment landscape and familiarity with other market providers (a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills.
- Experience with Smartsheets, Salesforce, Looker, and Zendesk (a plus).
- Bali-based with willingness to travel for client meetings.
