Kami mencari Account Manager berpengalaman untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan hubungan strategis dengan eseller, VAR (Value Added Reseller), atau Dealer IT secara B2B. Anda akan bertanggung jawab mencapai target penjualan produk IT, seperti komponen/spare-parts server, storage, network atau solusi lainnya, serta mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis baru di pasar yang dinamis.Tugas Utama:
  • Mencapai target penjualan produk IT B2B kepada reseller, VAR, dan dealer.
  • Membangun dan memelihara hubungan baik dengan partner bisnis yang sudah ada.
  • Mengidentifikasi dan mengakuisisi peluang penjualan serta partner baru.
Persyaratan Pekerjaan:
  • Minimal lulus Program Sarjana (S1) dari bidang terkait; jurusan Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, atau Manajemen lebih diutamakan.
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di penjualan B2B, diutamakan dari industri IT, distributor komponen/perangkat server, storage, atau networking.
  • Menguasai teknik penjualan komponen dan spare-parts untuk server, storage, atau perangkat network (termasuk CPU, System Board, I/O Board, RAM, Harddisk/SSD, Power Supply, HBA dan lainnya). Pengalaman dalam penjualan perangkat tape berbasis teknologi LTO, maupun NAS/SAN storage akan menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Berorientasi pada target penjualan dan termotivasi tinggi untuk mencapai hasil.
  • Adaptif, cepat belajar, dan selalu up-to-date dengan perkembangan dan trend teknologi IT.
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dengan inisiatif tinggi dan dalam tim.
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke luar kota jika diperlukan.
  • Memegang SIM A dan/atau SIM C akan menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Menunjukkan kemampuan analitis dan perencanaan yang kuat.
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dan mempresentasikan gagasan atau ide secara lisan maupun tertulis dengan baik,
  • Menunjukkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah (problem solving) yang sangat baik.
  • Menguasai kemampuan negosiasi dan persuasi yang kuat.
  • Akses pada jaringan atau relasi yang luas dengan Reseller, VAR (Value Added Reseller), atau Dealer IT akan menjadi nilai tambah signifikan.
