
Business Development Executive (Law Firm)

- Provide high-quality business development support across priority sectors and practice areas, including pitch development, proposals, and credential materials.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of business and client development plans in coordination with partners and BD team in Southeast Asia.
- Coordinate and support targeted client programs, marketing campaigns, and events, working collaboratively with all stakeholders in local and the regional team.
- Conduct market and client research to support strategic initiatives and business opportunities.
- Help craft and refine key selling messages and positioning statements for use in pitches, campaigns, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with lawyers and knowledge teams to produce client-facing materials and articles for external publications.
- Oversee the Jakarta office's web and social media content, in line with firm-wide branding and communication strategies.
- Manage legal directory and award submissions, ensuring timely and impactful contributions that reflect the firm's strengths.
- Contribute to internal engagement programs and initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Professional and relevant working experiences of at least four years
- Experiences working in Law firm or professional services firm background is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high and professional fluency in English
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills to work collaboratively as part of a broader team
- Highly skilled in documentation and design platforms and tools, such as Microsoft or Canva and familiar with CRM marketing tools (preferred but not required)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage workload under pressure with strong attention to details
