Job Description ◆HR Operations & Talent Management - Handle recruitment process - Oversee the full employee life cycle related to workforce planning, onboarding, internal transfers, promotions, and terminations - Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and performance ◆Payroll Process - Check the final daily attendance and periodic attendance from HR Staff - Proceed Salary, THR and Bonus, upload the payroll amount to BCA system manually and make a report to Director - Check bill payment of BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan to make sure the total bill and payroll is same - After approved, make a salary journal to finance division - Handle salary complaint - Make a report for Tax 21 ◆BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Tax - Update new joiner and register-out left employee to portal to register-in and make a report - Registration for additional of family member and follow up - Process report and bill payment to finance division - Check, make sure the amount is same in payroll, make billing code report for the Tax 21 and report using Coretax system - Yearly BPJS audit from official request with supporting documentations - Yearly Tax audit from official request Auditor with supporting documentations ◆Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Report - Compile for working accident and warning letter report - Make weekly schedule for operational driver and monthly car service - Update weekly uniform stocks - Monthly absenteeism/leave report, employee join/resign report - Compile monthly compliance report to Director - Check monthly pest control service treatment report and make sure the invoice before hand it to finance - Make yearly HR & GA budget for finance division - Assist yearly KPI's report to Director ◆Expatriate - Personal data filing - Onboarding process - Arrange for KITAS/Visa Process, EPO/ERP, SKTT, LKOA, TTKOA/ STM - Select the preferable apartments during stay in Indonesia ◆Others - Support for administrations and other divisions - Staff claim check and verify - Reimbursement approval justification - Any new project - Check the contract of other parties, such as outsource, pest control, mall management, etc and also maintain good relationship to such parties ◆Other related tasks as assignedJob Requirement ・Bachelor's degree in law, Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field ・min 5 years Experience of progressive HR experience and with 1 years as managerial role ・English skill (high conversation) ・Proficient in MS Office ・Experience in communicating and coordinating with corporate headquarters or group-level leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ・Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills; Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution approach; Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills; Empathetic, firm, honest and adaptable leadership style; Like challenge things related to work
