- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients within the domestic logistics market, utilizing cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events to generate leads.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop a proactive sales strategy to approach new business opportunities and create tailored proposals for prospective clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring clients are satisfied with the solutions provided.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other divisions to ensure the successful implementation of services sold and to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the logistics or supply chain sectors.
- Strong track record of success in hunting new business and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage C-level executives.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
