- Lead global data governance initiatives, define new framework for Organization and People's Data
- Identify root causes of data issues and coordinate resolution with system owners and business users
- Manage continuous improvement of data stewardship practices, tools, and documentation
- Maintain and enhance global data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Define data standards, definitions, and quality rules for critical data elements
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc data audits to ensure data consistency, completeness, and compliance with people's data governance framework
- Manage People Master Data and Organization Structure in HR systems to ensure data availability and validity through periodic data health checks
- Deliver data requests through data extraction, transformation, filtering, and cleaning using provided tools
- Degree in Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Good domain knowledge of HR, organization and people data governance, data quality framework
- At least 5 years in managing data as global data product owner, preferably experience with HR data
- Ability to supervise, project manage own initiative, and work with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze, identify sources of problems, define and propose a data governance model
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to persuade other stakeholders
- Familiarity with key HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and SQL queries for ETL purposes
