- Manage the CEO's daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements for optimal efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up action items.
- Support the CEO in planning and executing strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research and provide analytical insights to inform decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable reports.
- Assist in executing strategies, leveraging digital tools for optimization.
- Manage CRM systems, marketing platforms, and digital analytics dashboards.
- Analyze complex challenges, identify solutions, and execute implementation plans.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Manage and resolve sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Oversee the execution of special projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and materials for the CEO.
- Streamline processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Strong knowledge of digital tools (eg. Canva), marketing platforms, and data analytics.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software.
- Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Must reside near Seseh or Pererenan for on-site work requirements.
