If you are looking for an environment where you are empowered to identify challenges / opportunities and make data-driven business proposals, then you should join our team!Get to Know the RoleGrab is seeking a individual to join our Expansion Territory team as an Expansion PMO Associate. This role is pivotal in driving Grab's growth into new cities, ensuring seamless execution of expansion projects, and supporting strategic initiatives that contribute to rides growth and user penetration. You will report to the Manager, and the position will be based fully on-site.The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
  • Project Monitoring: Manage end-to-end project monitoring for the expansion into new cities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Operations Excellence: Ensure operational excellence by streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and maintaining standards for service delivery in newly expanded cities.
  • Simulation & Target Setting: Conduct simulations for new city launches and set realistic targets to drive performance and success.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with internal Grab teams, such as marketing, to craft targeted initiatives that drive lead acquisition, foster strategic partnerships, and enhance visibility in new markets.
  • Operations Excellence: Ensure operational excellence by streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and maintaining standards for service delivery in newly expanded cities.
QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need
  • 2+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Proficient to use Microsoft office tools, SQL, and PowerBI
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and an ability in prioritisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
