1. Employment Contract & Data ManagementMonitor and process employee contract renewals.Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation.2. Offboarding & Exit Process
- Handle resignations and terminations, including clearance, exit interviews, and final payments.
- Coordinate KITAS and work permit processes for expatriate employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration or generalist roles
