Assist in legal administrative matters including but not limited to document filing, preparing and submission of litigation and intellectual property supporting documents and/or recording of legal data;
Prepare regulatory update and ensure the fulfilment of legal compliance;
Prepare and/or review draft agreement with business partners and/or vendors;
Conduct legal research to ensure that the legal team provides sound legal advice for any legal issues or queries raised by stakeholders;
Manage single source of truth for litigation and intellectual property matter;
Attend administrative request raised by stakeholders (i.e. signature requests, document request, etc.); and
Assist in the submission and monitoring of invoices.

This position has the opportunity to be promoted to a full-time employee (permanent).‎Requirements

Holds a law degree from a reputable university.
Previously worked at a reputable law firm or multinational corporation as a member of legal team.
Minimum (i) 2 years of active working experience in company; or (ii) 1 year of active working experience in law firm.
Has excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Meticulous document-keeping and tracking.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Can work independently with minimum supervision.
