They arrange the flow at the entrance of the hotel and make a professional engagement with guests.Qualifications

Educational Background: A diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality, or a related field is required.

Languages and Communication: Excellent communication and public speaking skills are necessary to convey historical narratives and engage with guests effectively. Fluency in multiple languages is highly advantageous.

Hospitality Experience: Prior experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in guest relations or concierge roles, is beneficial. The Raffles Royal Host should possess a strong foundation in providing exceptional guest service and personalized attention.

Public Speaking and Presentation Skills: The ability to conduct engaging and captivating guided tours and presentations requires strong public speaking and presentation abilities.

Attention to Detail: The role involves knowing every detail of every floor of the hotel, requiring exceptional attention to detail to accurately share historical narratives and answer guest inquiries.
